Yes it sure looks to be, although the plates have been removed from the car so you would need to check if the ADR plate matches the chassis number to be certain.
Most of the GTS gear looks original although worn. 18V trim on the plate isfor HX.

That's not an easy question. It's all relative to what you are prepared to pay and how much more you are prepared to spend on it.
