grain and color is slighlty different between wb and hz, HZ is more shiny while wb has a matt finish and larger grain, but will fit no problems.

Thanks again for the advice. I suspect the dash pad on my HZ is not correct at the moment anyway and I will need to change the color with vinyl spray on the WB dash pad anyway. The dash pad I currently have seems to have been sprayed with black enamel paint over what was a green dash. It's a nice combo that should be easy to improve on.
The only dash colour I have seen in an original wb is brown, I dont think they had the other colours like the earlier models, possibly blue was available but others will know for sure.

I have a blue dash pad from an early WB.
WB had 4 different crash pad colours

I had 23v blue interior in my 83 WB and my 84 has Oyster trim the same as VK had. It is actually two colours.Oyster seats and door trims with dark brown dash pad, kick panels and glove box and windscreen trims. They went back to calling trim V as well in WB.
I can also vouch for the Dash Doctor in Victoria for anyone wanting a top resto job think was about 400-500
Do they do the correct style for each series?
I got my dash done by the Dashboard Doctor, great to deal with and good job. Cost from memory $350.00.
Couple of photo's of my WB dash done by the Dashboard Doctor if it helps. Very happy with it. Cost me $550 for the top to be redone.
