2214 = GM-H code for Tuxedo Black single tone

60V = Chamois trim (HJ or HZ)

568-15991 = Dulux code for Tuxedo Black paint

60V depends on what it is on. It is called Beige in some applications and as Terry says in others it is Chamois/Covert.

Tuxedo black with Beige trim on a HJ van.

Does this make the entire trim Beige or is half Beige and half Tuxedo?

Tuxedo is the outside paint colour. Trim is beige.

The Deauville HJ I had a few years ago had 60v trim. It had chamois seats and the dash pad was a pale greeny colour (from memory) - is that the covert?

Is it as simple as taking the roof off the ute and putting the roof of a van on top? Or would it be easier to swap the whole ute body off the chassis and replacing it with a van body?
