I asked him what the hell he was talking about and he went into "expert mode" and informed me that Holden utes were sold as either "stepside or styleside". I politely told him that he was just a little bit wrong and that what I owned is a Ute (coupe utility) and that what he refers to as a stepside is a One-Tonner, or as Holden correctly calls them, a Cab-Chassis.
He stood his ground and said that they are both utes, and they have always been.
Whatever....... But it's easy to see how people can be confused and bullied into believing what aggressive people say is correct.
This goose hasn't got a clue, but because he's so aggressive gullible people think he must be right. Then the incorrect information is perpetuated.
