We have been looking at both the Sandman colours, and the standard HQ colours around that time period. My son likes the darker green than the barbados green, but we are still deciding...
Monterey Green is the darker green.
Jade Green on the HJ.
Go the barbados i have it on good authority that it looks fantastic, but i am a little bias.

My 73 HQ is originally dublin green which is a little lighter.

That Blackwatch green is nice.
I agree the Blackwatch Green looks the goods.
I have a photo of a van that we like the colour of so if anyone knows what colour this might be that would be a great help.

looks like Balmoral Green to me. Had a mate with a hq van in that colour, 253 4sp with black bucket seat interior, GTS guards and black Sandman stripes on it... We always though she was a genuine Sandy but couldn't have been in that colour... Looked great though.
