    Same here, if I mention bringing another car home I think I will be shot! Though it looks less work than the one i have in the shed at the moment.

    Wow! That is a pretty good sized patch panel to fit!

    I look at some of the build photos on other forums of vehicles like the 70's falcons, which seem to be able to disolve to almost nothing before your eyes - a lot worse than (and structural around the pillars etc) our Holdens of the same vintage, and I reckon we get the better deal by far. In your case I can see what you're doing with the ute/van seam and am immediately thankful I had a relatively easy run with my ute. Mine only needed very minor patches and some very minor metal work around the left cowl and windscreen recess - certainly nothing structural.

    It is really good to see the lengths that people will go to to rescue something that means something to them! Good onya for going hard at it and I take my hat off to you!
