Go and find a HJ GTS coupe in it and you'll see what I mean. Sounds awful, but it isn't awful, just OK. Not a gorgeous colour, just not awful. Geen to me looks like bile! Don't mind really dark metallic greens on the right car, like Jade green. Just don't like really ugly greens like Mint Julip or Barbados.
Barbados looks good on any car imo toranas especially and even better in red
they made the A9X torana in chamois with the black bonnet and blackouts looked ok
Green can look good on the right car, I just don't like it personally and i'd choose most other colours over it. Well maybe not Durham Beige or Royal Umber...Not keen on p00 coloured cars!
Agree A9X's looked OK in Chamois, but a standard SL or SL/R didn't.

Chamois HJ GTS with Chamois/Black interior..... I think it looks quite good and would look much better restored. Looks better than the Durham Beige HJ GTS Coupe with Tan interior I saw at the all Holden day a few years ago.....

Yeah, I remember that colour now,
used to see the monaro's getting
around in the day. From memory
they had a red stripe down the
middle of the black seat's.
