Tuxedo is just a straight black acrylic. If the dealer fitted the stripes and decals they'd be white. Blackouts on HJ Sandmans was a satin finish, same stuff as used inside on plastics. I haven't seen a totally orignal Tuxedo black HJ in the flesh to know if they bothered or not with the lower body blackouts.
