    What was the car you learnt to drive in?

    Came up with this whilst reading the 70's 'do you remember' thread, thought it might be fun.

    So for me it was a Nissan C120 van (an early Vanette) it was kermit green and had an RAAF sticker from Pearce Airbase on it "PEA". Three on the tree, 1.6 litre from memory, it was the mums taxi/second car. Passed my driving test in a Gemini SLX (5 speed dual control) belonging to the driving school - you just got professional lessons in Canberra in 1987, everyone did, I think I had six.
