They were Station Wagon but commonly fitted to Panel Vans. Dealers spare parts sold them or maybe even fitted them. But on an original Sandman it really shouldn't be there. Just like the black rubber on front bumpers. If you have original delivery docket with options added and stated, then that's fair enough!
