I saw this today and it looks like exactly the same article printed about 4 or 5 years ago, pictures on the cover are exactly the same so didn't go any further, i'll go and see if i can find the old article and put it up.

Just checked out the other issue...same as above...apart from some pictures being placed in other spots...text is the same
Nothing Unique about that article.
He did say at one stage that " some did leave the factory without them" when he was talking about xx7 or xu3 tags.
"Some" should be "most"
