Th400 turbo 400 gearbox for sale. Wollongong nsw

What condition is it in? Is it a runner? What sort of K's (if known) history etc?

I'm treating it as unknown, as I havnt driven with it, although I was told it had been recently reco'd I have no paperwork. Oil leaked from rockers onto it so it needs a clean. The converter looks very new and the fluid that I leaked when checking out the converter was very clean so could be truth in it. Thanks
