im doing up a 73 matching numbers 308 HQ van at the moment. Not that i would sell it, but its good to know if i spend 30K on it i might see my money back. Only way i would sell it is if a HQ sandman came my way, wishfull thinking.

It's good to see them, original or not.
"Proud To Be An Old Fart".
Thats a great price for a replica ,i think that gives me a idea what mine could be worth, go the Q .
Remember the gunmetal grey HQ Sandman Ute on gumtree earlier this year? It was for sale at about $30K from memory so if this tribute van sale goes through it makes the genuine ute very good value in my view. The ute was XX7 stamped Acacia Ridge built, L31 M21 from memory and had a full resto (apart from not being completely original in a few respects). If only my tatts numbers had come through...
It's EBay!!!! The buyer has to follow through and actually pay for it which a lot don't do.... That white HZ that apparently sold for $17,000 is back on eBay so the winning bidder pulled out.
Should be like a house or property auction when you win it and don't follow through it costs you a percentage of the price I only bid on a few things I know I can afford but each price I put in is bid up before I know what's happened and once or twice it has been re advertised so maybe I could have won it but the wanker who outbid me pulled out or the owner bid it up and no one wanted it at his price so we all miss out .
Relisted again? How frustrated must the seller be now!!!They say third time is a charm.

... and yet I don't see any negative feedback left from the seller to the supposed buyer?
