Sounds a bit like a muscle car show that i took my Ac cobra replica to, apparently its not a muscle car? i would of thought that the cobra would be pretty much the start of the muscle car era? but each to there own, they are only limiting the amount of people that will turn up as said previously.

Yeah, some blokes are very set in their ways.

You often hear 'Hot Rodders' lamenting the fact that no 'good' cars have been made since the 50s. WTF ?

I'm with Byron, my interests are in the 60s & 70s & I find the 'chrome bumper' thing is a good cut-off. FJs & 57 Chevs are good too, but a Monaro, Torana, Sandman, VC Brock, hell even a good Foulcan GT, are always more interesting. To add to that, I am now on the wrong side of 60 years old.

If this show is for charity they're doing themselves no favours with a 1965 cut-off.

Gee that's a pity, I would have gone down for the weekend had it truly been 60's and 70's cars... I liked Castlemaine when we stopped there, they have a nice caravan park and the town is quaint.

On Sunday the show and shine of hot rods and custom cars built in the 50's, 60's and 70's will be on show.
If you built your 1922 Ford in the '50, 60's or 70's you can attend but if you built it in the 80's or later you can't!
Something wrong with the people running this event. Maybe too many drugs during the '50, 60 and 70's?

It's their loss if they can't run a show, or have
reasonable guidelines. At the very least guidelines
    that people can understand.
