If the second digit is supposed to represent the day of the month, is there any examples of double digits to indicate 10th day and onwards.

Hey Dave GMH, I am not sure that the date theory is correct. As Byron (HK1837) said it may have something to do with shifts etc. So far there is E1, E2, E3 and E4, if we can get some more info and examples we may be able to solve this.
