HZ Sandman Doors chalk marks

I am starting to take things apart and tackle my resto. I took the door cards off the Sandman and found Chalk markings on each door. It looks like a 6 with a cross through it. Could these be inspection markings?

Last digit of body number is 7

they all have them. I think its meant to read "OK".. yours are just messy

Found the same, was yours an Elizabeth SA build?

Will be the same for Pagewood or Dandenong as the doors were put on and painted in Elizabeth.

Found this on both sides of the door frames,
Would i be correct in saying
E "Elizabeth"
2 "2nd day"
J "9th month"
7 "1977"
That was why I asked about the Elizabeth thing
