Probably the VF Sandman as there will be no guesswork with, is she or is she not or could be might be. They will be a ridgy didge sandman with all the modern bells and whistles. (And no oil leaks)
Hopefully not the last of the breed with still enough time for updated models.

Think davegmh would agree with you on that Walter.

So what if its cashing in on history, so are Monaros, GTS and Ford gt's, all cashing in.

I wish they would do a relaunch of an XU1, maybe out of a Cruize? lol

It still worries me the VF Sandman's won't be numbered and the Sandman tags will be reproduced or worse the genuine left overs will hit the open market, much like HBD and HSVi tags are.
Has anyone yet confirmed that the VF Sandman tags will be numbered?

It is highly unlikely davegmh will see a profit from his Sandman during his ownership. Buying new cars for profit is an extremely hopeful pipe dream. You'd do better with lottery tickets.
On the other hand if you want to enjoy your ride and actually own a new one in your lifetime your a winner anyway!

I haven't heard whether they will be numbered or not. Probably assume that they won't be. Disappointing.
Won't the VIN letters/numbers identify it as a Sandman anyway ?
Don't we get an extra Sandman tag in the framed stomp print. ?

Ps I'm buying it with money I won in Lotto.

Is there any Holden sedan later than an HZ GTS that typically pulls more than new value?

    I reckon a mint 5.0L VB-VH SL/E or a 5.0L or turbo VL might.

I reckon they won't be numbered, GMH/Holden have rarely ever done that. I don't think Thunders are coded differently to SV6 or SS or a Redline any different either. As far as I know SSV is the first SS to use different model coding to lesser models.

Dave, what's the go with the avatar? Is this a hint?
