Hey Byron or Dr Terry and all other gurus what do you guys think about my VH SL/E top 30?? I know its a bit hard as its so rare really and its an unknown commodity.... But My Torana is almost on the road and i still have the HZ sandy, but ive also just scored a 1970 ford capri V6 Gt and another for spares. (yep crossed to the dark side) Cos the mrs has always wanted one...

So just askin as Im now running out of shed space and Im thinkin I should stop putting Ks on the VH so im thinking of getting a sensible daily and selling the commy. Not sure if I want to yet cos I do really love driving it as it goes like the clappers, but do you think its something that will become quite valuable down the track with Holden moving offshore? Its a bit of a rare beast so im in two minds. Could i live with myself if i sell the VH to do up a ford!

I've heard of those SL/E's but never paid much attention to them. No idea if it is worth keeping or not, but if it is an L31 car it'd be worth keeping if you can afford the space and to maintain it.

I used to own one of those VH Top 30 SL/Es, it was the Tony Packard one from memory. Basically a special build VH SL/E, fully optioned with a Shadowtone-like paint scheme & a Brock Group 3 engine. As always I now regret selling it !
