    We are not talking about comprehensive car insurance, we a referring to CTP insurance which covers personal injuries to anybody injured in an accident which is deemed your fault. This is unrelated to the car's value because it's not any part of the claim.

    Also it should be related to a driver's accident record, the bad drivers should have to pay more than someone who hasn't ever caused an injury in 30-40 years of driving, but that's not the case.
