It's a simple rego check. Punch the number into the website or phone app and you get the answer.
Of course it it relevant to the number plate only and that could have been off anything!
Why would that be? Could still be a Sandman. Colour is general with the RMS/RTA. Holden never offered a colour colour called simply cream.
