I think you are correct with the VE being the longest running series. I don't have sales numbers yet (I put that enquiry in this morning), but a quick count from July 2006 to May 2013 makes it a 83 month lifespan.

This applied only to the SWB sedans, however the Statesman & Caprice are only 1 month less as they were released in Aug 2006. The ute came in Aug 2007 (total 70 months) & the wagon came in July 2008 (total 59 months).

Innuendo is correct & we have a new winner.
