Vinyl Paint Remover

Does anyone know of a product that can remove vinyl paint from interior items like console, dash pad etc without destroying the original color and vinyl underneath. Im wanting to remove a blue color from beige that someone in their wisdom in the day thought the interior would look good in blue.
If I scratch it it comes off but it would take me months of scratching! Thanks in advance!

Needs to be blasted with dry baking soda.

No! But I have seen plastic and fibreglass done. The soda won't hurt the vinyl. Buy a small blasting gun and some soda and have a go.
Test on something else first - obviously!

how about paint stripper? its going to need to be repainted anyhow. you'll save time and $$ that way i think
