If the cops see you doing something wrong and can catch you, so be it. But cameras set up purely to raise money are not helping anything.

You have it nailed. Camera on the M4 going into Sydney. Been there for at least ten years. Traffic slows to 100 at it. Then accelerates back to 110. What is the point accept to catch the dumb ones?
