yes I am originally from Tassie, and I had a holden wrecking yard in S'Dale. But I think yours came from Launceston and went to MRSANDMAN on here and is now fully restored.. It was almost identical to mine, L31 M21, paint / trim and body numbers from Adelaide are only about 500 apart from each otherOriginally Posted by hx-sandman

no it was licenced, and driving, those are my old number plates XX7 308. looks like they have painted it. Doesn't say anything about driveline, but when I had it it was 253 supra, 5 speed, 3.55. had about 324000 km on the odo I think from memory

It says it sold for $29800. This is good because I think our hx sandman ute which is mandarin red in my opinion is prob more concourse original, so I hope ours is up there in siimilar value

I'd say the guy who just paid nearly 30 grand for it probably loves it a lot!!! Nice to see restored Sandmans pulling that sort of money, I hope they continue to rise...
