Love the diamond windows. I dont like windows but reckon those ones are cool.
Is that the one Rob (at Tumut) had??
BO6 = Rarer then a Sandman
Yeah mate,
I originally bought it to Tumut from Canberra, Rob bought it about 2 after me and then bought it back about 3 or 4 later, he is pretty good mates with my brother, that's how i saw it again and now i have it.
Nostagia's a bitch because there is no way i would take on a project like this if there wasn't a connection there![]()
Those vacationer roof racks and HQ wagon rear bar must have been popular. The 1 x owner HZ XX7 I know of has them too.
If it was me I'd lose the HQ wagon rear bar and put the originals back on.
what is the van originally?
"All correspondence must bear these numbers"
G'day Adam,
Apparently it was originally a Sandman, put the numbers up on the "Is this a Sandman" thread and Stickthis replied it was 99% a Sandman, the owner before me back in the 80's said he hit a roo going across the Nullabor and put the twin headlight front on instead of the single one, it was (will be) a 308 m21.
Cheers
