Took the body off the chassis yesterday, now the prep starts for the painting of the chassis and under carriage.

Out of interest (planning ahead for next project...) how did you go about it, jacks, block and tackle, mate power etc?

i block and tackled through the top hinges on a-pillar and then engine crane the rear. strap through the tail lights

Out of interest (planning ahead for next project...) how did you go about it, jacks, block and tackle, mate power etc?

I jacked the car right up and then strapped the body to the shed frame using 2500kg ratchet straps, took the weight off the chassis with the ratchet straps and then lowered the chassis down. I then made some safety stands modifications to support the body, so it is still basically up in the air and I can work underneath safely. The chassis was then just pulled out from under the body.
