    Yep, All the above. The back brakes don't do much, so it's the front calipers you need to be looking at I reckon. Pull them apart and throw a seal kit through them and check the pistons are not askew in the bore. Could be the master cylinder too, so a kit through that wouldn't hurt either.
    And of course, a new set of pads will help a lot.
    Vans.... This is the 2nd time round the block, 40 years later! talk about turning back the clock!
