As you say a lot has to do with good time memories. The fact that the Van nationals is on an upward boom the visitors both old and new create new memories and desires. I look to the fact I'm heavily into FB/EK Holden's and have attended many Nationals. My son from basically birth has been involved with FB/EK's and now owns an EK and will be doing the FB/EK Nationals, so that's another generation. Will my grandson follow? I personally feel you're right about peaking though. Are we at the crest now? or is there a little more to go? A lot has to do with the economy and we have been riding high for a very long time. The arse has to fall out of it eventually and that time is always getting closer. When that happens the first things to go is toys and the price drops because the demand is less.
