Electrical Stage 2. This was looming the engine and transmission (4L60E) to the Haltech ECU under the console and included new functions that i hadn't originally thought about (like changing from a VS dizzy to a VT dizzy). I had previously done an engine loom, but wasn't happy with some of it so ended up mixing in new Haltech wires with some of my older work.

Engine and transmission looms come through a floor grommet under the console area...

Eventually everything was wired in and ready for testing. This stage needed Haltech on line from Sydney taking over my old laptop and remotely programming all my circuits to match with the Haltech inputs and outputs. Remarkably, it all went fairly well with no major screw ups. The second laptop in this pic is a Google Chromebook being used to program a digital (GaugeArt) CANbus instrument cluster...

Then i got to test a bunch of things while watching the new instrument cluster. Yep, i get to use the old cruise control button to tab through the instrument pages...
