They normally do, rarely anyone bothers to rebuild them with original spec cam or carby tune. Or exhaust for that matter.

Hopefully i can get away with a good hone and just replace worn parts only but the engine has been sitting for a long time
worse case scenario just rebore and machine the whole engine thats life
only building a stockish motor really
