The next time you ask you need to supply all (3) tags and chassis number for faster/easier conformation.

Don't forget to use the mysandman.com.au resorces

I can see why you might think it was being a late HZ, looks to be Atlantic Blue metallic, 253 and 2 seater. Will have had a full headlining too. But alas it is a Kingswood.

One will come up, HZ's are relatively common in good condition and are no longer the most expensive. You'll buy a half decent car with varying amount of work required between $15k-$25k.

yeah thats the one. I know photos can be deceiving and it can be both positive and negative.

I noticed the paint looks dry and ripply in some pics/angles. The rear 1/4 and cargo section looks wobbly but again it may be lighting. As mentioned, I would have a very good look thats all. hopefully it works out!

You don't need the VIN, you can work it out from the body tag:

    8M70RHH433145Z

Tags were originally on a Sandman. Relatively early HZ too. Windsor Blue with Buckskin trim. Not bad, my mate has a 1939 XX7 but his has 23C trim and it is way too much blue! Would have been better with 18, 63 or 67 trim but when he bought it new they were impossible to buy and you took what you could find.

Hard to see on the iphone but may have a Taiwanese nose panel on it.
