That is quite a bit of cash for a 253 low spec HZ Sandman. As Byron points out it is a Taiwanese aftermarket nose panel. Cargo area has the wrong paint. Has no wiper arms and the console lid appears to be missing. If it's the colour combination of your dreams and your happy with the price then check it out very well for rust. Always worries me when I see incomplete cars for sale at huge prices.

Overall it's a pretty looking Sandman that needs better investigation followed by major negotiation.
