So do you have to cut the holes in the front apron to install the spoiler

You should cut out the holes to suit. The spoilers don't look right otherwise, they have the hole in the spoilers for a reason. They fit real good on these fronts. I had a mate hold it up against the front, I traced the hole from inside the spoiler, then cut the hole out a bit bigger then the trace. Worked ok. I've seen "factory" cut holes before and believe me most of them look like the first year apprentice cut them in the day.

The air intakes sit inside the cut out sections normally on the front lower panel if you don't have the cut outs it wont sit right unless you grind the air intakes down a bit from the inside of the spoiler,err hope that makes sense.

Wilson Fibreglass made all the quality spoilers for everything back in the 70's. I had a front spoiler on my HR and it was a beautiful piece (the spoiler, not the HR). Falcon GT's, XU-1's, you name it, they made a spoiler for it.
I'd buy one from them for sure if I needed one.
