Filling the side seam with filler will see it crack within days if not hours. It must be fully welded.
The blue Van posted by Rodney is owned by Tony (Woody) Woods from Western Sydney.

Good luck in finding the Van as I know how hard it can be. Try sending a request the RTA, and while they do have the records, they don't like giving information out due to privacy laws. They may however forward your letter, at a fee, to all owners they have on record of that vehicle. Good luck and I hope you get the old girl back!!
