Good luck in finding the Van as I know how hard it can be. Try sending a request the RTA, and while they do have the records, they don't like giving information out due to privacy laws. They may however forward your letter, at a fee, to all owners they have on record of that vehicle. Good luck and I hope you get the old girl back!!
