Yes, it has happened in the past Flamenco, more than once too. There were some very lucky new owner's who made a call to be rewarded with a bargain...ha,ha,ha.

If anyone has a spare half hour, give them a call and waste their time. I recall getting a bunch of mates to ring about an SS Hatchback that was too good to be true. Car was allegedly in Darwin and only available for viewing once paid in full. Had a lot of fun getting the woman frustrated and at the same time taking her focus away from a potential sucker.
