Neat but overpriced for a factory 253.
Interior side panels make you wonder about filled windows also.

    Still a neat looking Sandman.

Great looking van. Was offered for sale through Shannons Auctions in Sydney 5 or 6 years ago, and passed in. Bidding got up to around mid 20s at the time, if I remember correctly. Note fill in windows (IMHO) from inspection (years ago at shannons) also noticeable looking down outside. If I were interested I would advise anyone to check not a scam. The seller is using what I recall being all the old shannons photos. Why no current ones? Could be a lazy seller, but I would recommend caution. Steve

Happy to be wrong re scam, wish him best of luck with sale, my favourite Sandman model/colour combo. Maybe suggest he puts up some more current pics on his ad to attract more people.

As Inny says, too dear for a 4.2. $20k would pull up a 253 van in my opinion, but it does look good.

Sounds similar to a bloke I was trying to get hold of who had advertised his HSV Avalanche just recently. Some people must be just testing the market sometimes. I had tried to get hold of him for over a week without a peep back.

I'll track a good one down one day!
