    That was a different ute I think. It had the tonneau clips removed etc.

    I think you're right Innuendo, the story of its rebuild is the same, that ute has been up for sale for a couple of years. The owner probably needs to get that price to afford the commission to the dealer. I know they do a service and can help people find the car they want, but I can't help feeling that these dealers in collector cars are in the same general category as vultures, hyenas and oxygen thieves. For the most part they do nothing but drive the prices of these car up to stupid levels.

    This is the ute. Same? If it is they have replaced the tonneau clips.

    Thanks for digging out the thread. I knew my gray matter worked.
    I'll leave for others to compare but I reckon it's the same car.

    Yeah I think it could be too. Different seat covers and some other stuff but it looks similar.

    I was the same , thinking it was the same ute,Maybe they've been reading and modified it from its last guise to suit a closer spec to original to suit the sandman buyer!
