Something like this happen to a mate,
EH 202 4spd ltd slip lowered 4inches" new owner puts it into a shop front then claimed the brakes fail..
My mate ended up in court about it,He was asked if the brakes where ok then produced the receipts .
The judge then proceeded to go to town on the new owner..
To me restored means bring back to new,which in my book means everything.......
