Hmm I think a restored or fully restored is a myth!
I would love a legal explination of the term, eg:
You shell out 100 000 $ for a fully restored hk gts you are supper happy with your purchase then a month later the brakes fail and you total the car ! On further inspection your insurace company finds the braking system is old and in poor condition have you the right to sue the previous owner as he didnt restor the brakes? The previous owner says they were fine when I owned it!
To restor to me means you use as many original parts from that car as possible.only replacing what is stuffed with new or quality second hand.
To rebuild is open slatter
