Ring up a plastics place it comes in 1kg bags but for the life of me I can't remember what it is called but basically you heat up the part to a certain temperature and dip it into the powdered plastic. Pull it out of the powdered plastic and hit it again gently with a blow torch to get it to smooth out. Great stuff

I got the handle heat shrink wrapped, and not that wrapped. The end does not bond well and there are a number of bumps and bubbles.

Going to try plastic coat dipping to see if it's a better result. Thanks.
