Definately the sound (as James pointed out) and the glass packed mufflers are a very good flowing muffler for the money. I've got a pair on my ute, twin 2 1/4 system with pacemakers but no balance pipe. Does have a bit of crackle in over-run but sounds crisp and clean throughout the rev range.
Mine is a 308/TH400 with a taaaaaalllll diff which means that it moves a lttle slower through the rev range unlike a manual box with a shorter diff. Does make a difference to how an exhaust 'sounds'. I like my set up but it wont work for everyone.
