You could have a look at Scotts Old Auto Rubber parts in Melbourne.
(Actually many members might like to have a look on there, I've never purchased from them but they have some amazing parts listed, including grill and body badges, consoles, and other whatnots a little cheaper than rares, mostly).

For your ball joints and tie rod ends (you want castellated original style I presume for the tie rod ends) you could try Memorylane Classic Spare parts (Darryl is great and went out of his way for me to get castellated tie rod ends for HX when everyone including specialist suspension outlets were telling me I'd never be able to obtain them anymore and to just use nylock - (which I dont like, not original, and cant re-use) He's listed on facebook, not ebay now, but his mobile and home phone are on this page; https://www.facebook.com/memorylanespareparts‎ You will need to specify that you want castelated.

In terms of control arm bushes, you probably will need to get a shop to press them in for you, Pedders do it at an ok price, but in my experience they dont like to use the old school rubber bushes, when I gave my local Pedders a couple to press in they convinced me to buy thier own stock instead saying the rubber ones would perish.... Hmmmn, a little pricey, not too much, but, they also explained not to tourque them up untill the cars on the ground under it's own weight, as otherwise the bush is always beyond its intended strain for its entire life and will likely crack quickly, very good advice. Overall I think Pedders did me well at the price (just pushing in the bushes and giving me more info) I took the control arms to them, they didnt have to remove them from the car.

In terms of the windscreen/washer motor urm, welcome back to H series Holden. Its hard to flaw, but the wiper/washer is one of the few issues. I have rebuilt one wiper washer motor, (used the bearings from one on the armeture of another) and the wipers still work fine 5 years on, however the washer (which I did get working) failed after about three weeks. Damn! (Big Grin) I think the problem in the design was trying to get the same motor to run both the wipers and the washer pump, I think this was addressed around series 2 HX by adding an independent washer motor off the bottom of the reservoir (I absolutely welcome corrections here) but you can fit any aftermarket pump to run straight off the washer reservoir, as long as the wiper motor works to drive the wipers, it's a fairly modest upgrade. The actual wiper motor itself is pretty good, nearly 40 years on the original motor is still going in my Kingy.

Afternote! ; I have realised after reading the thread "Best Ball Joint Brands" and then checking my notes, that I purchased castellated ball joints, but not tie rods ends from Memory Lane. I reckon he would be able to investigate the availabilty of a variety of castellated tie rod ends though, he may also be a useful resource for various other parts.
