Consensus, I have been over this old chest nut in depth and it just does not add up. The 3rd tag is missing and still to this day can not tell if its a 2 or a 3 on the seating cap. The console mount has been brazed on not welded or spot welded but the clincher was the body is kingswood but belmont on the tags. I am no expert and this is just my opinion,thats why it is not in my shed already.

That looks like a 3 to me and yeah, amongst other stuff.
