Looking at the seating compliance plate, there's a "3" in the type above the seating number (to comply with these design standards.... 20 21 22 23 24 25 etc.)
The font of the 3 has a flattened top, so running that over the 2 in the seating capacity it does look a bit wrong to me.

However if it was provided with a fake dealer certificate that might just be a bit more convincing......
