Two Post Hoists

You can get one converted to single phase for around $500 from memory, a guy local to me that deals in used hoists and services them does it. It isn't hard to make a 3phase motor run on single phase if you know what you are doing, but unless you can do it all yourself you are better off spending the $500 on a motor change.

I have found a local guy who buys second hand hoists, services them, installs them, single phase conversions etc. He doesn't have any in stock at the moment but I shouldn't have to wait too long.
