How many of them were flips I don't know, but obviously that area has a lot of people keen on Sandmans and have the cash. You gotta be careful. It may not be the guy you get to go look at it, it could be his mate or work colleague who finds out and goes and puts in an offer first. People are ruthless when it comes to these cars, almost more so than with Monaro's because it's easy for a seller to think they have nothing special and sell at a bargain price.
