Are HJ - hz wagon rear door trims the same as on a sedan??

Yes, as are Statesman and Deville and Caprice. I'll qualify though, they are only the same for the same luxury level and the same series, so HJ Belmont wagon rear door trim with manual window winder is the same as a HJ Belmont sedan with manual windows. Assuming that armrests not optioned on both as well.
