I just noticed Hyundai now sell a rear drive competitor to a Calais or V6 Statesman. Engine is a 3.8L 232kW V6 8spd auto. The car is sold overseas LHD as a V8 too, but not engineered as yet for RHD. SoZi wonder if once Ford and Holden have finished with their RWD sedans if there will be more of this stuff. I know it is a Hyundai and is a luxury car, but 5 years warranty and a very good name in Australia now.....

Hyundai are also working on a Hilux size ute, hopefully we see it with at least this 3.8L V6.

I saw also the Chevrolet Colarado and GMC Canyon are a 3.6L DOHC V6 in the USA, they are soon to get the 2.8L clunker we get as well. I wonder if it is the same V6 we have her in Commodre/Calais/Statesman?
