Pack and Send = Pack and DESTROY.......

First and LAST time I will ever use Pack and Send.......... Looked well packed...... PITY it wasn't well transported... Pack and DESTROY.....

Unfortunately I made the mistake of thinking it was Ok and signed for it without unwraping and inspecting it..... I did take photo's as I unwrapped it and found the following.... we'll see what they have to say when I phone them and make a complaint tomorrow...

Ah thats dissapointing! Doesnt look that well wrapped to me. They should have had it in more of a box. Some bubble wrap would have been handy also.

There was a layer of bubble wrap under the black plastic wrap....... bubble wrap doesn't help much when it is squashed by something..... Obviously the transport company...TNT... took no notice of the FRAGILE stickers or the TOP LOAD stickers.....

I'm pretty pissed off..... even if they re-imburse me.... fingers crossed..... it is a HJ style console that was in excellent condition and has now been destroyed...

I had the same thing with a GTS dash facia I recently sent.

I sent it in a box that was bigger than the facia. I wraped it up and packed it well in the box. It got the the buyer all crushed. They would have had to drop something pretty big on the box to crush the box before it even got to the facia. I am pissed about it. The seller thinks that I didnt pack it well enough. What else was I meant to do? Use a wooden or steel box?

I put fragile all over it. Maybe I should have and the little twat in the aus post van may not have thought it would be funny to jump on it......

Ive sent about 10 GTS dash faicas. Never had an issue until this one the other day....
